Its disadvantages are high fuel consumption especially to heat and dry the fresh chicken manure directly as the moisture content of fresh chicken manure is up to about 70%-75%, and much water needs to be evaporated into water vapor.

But considering the operation cost, in fact rotary type chicken manure dryer is also suitable and acceptable. It can help the customers to process and dry the fresh chicken manure in a short time in time, and the moisture content of dry chicken manure can be less than 15% safety storage moisture content. What is more, there is related deodorization tower system which help to lighten the odor during the drying process significantly.

If the customers have large land area, also the customers can compost the wet chicken manure and reduce its moisture content to be about 40-50%. To do it in this way, much of water is got rid of, and also much odor is got rid of. After that, to use rotary type chicken manure drying machine to dry the compost chicken manure, then get rid of the water, and reduce the moisture content to be about 15%. 

To do it in this way, it can help to save much fuel consumption, and also the purchase cost of chicken manure dryer machine is much less.
