Precautions for adding and changing lubricating oil of sawdust drying machine

Only under good lubrication situation, sawdust drying machine can work smoothly and have stable work performance and high production capacity.
(1) The operator of sawdust dryers shall regularly check the quality of lubricating oil. Take the oil from the lubrication point of the supporting wheel and observe the impurities in the oil. If it fails to meet the lubrication requirements, immediately switch to a new filter and clean or replace the used filter element to meet the requirements of the filter.
(2) In the improved lubrication system, the use of lubricating oil is not indefinite, and the filter efficiency is also limited. For example, the metal powder mixed in the lubricating oil (caused by the long-term wear of the carrier wheel or roll ring of the sawdust rotary dryer, which belongs to the normal wear) is extremely fine, so it is difficult to get all the filters. These metal powders have been adulterated in lubricating oil for a long time, which will damage the roller ring.
It is suggested that the manufacturer should replace the lubricating oil used for a long time during the maintenance or shutdown of the sawdust drying machine, so as to strengthen the protection of the carrier wheel and roll ring of the rotary sawdust dryer.
