Safety Operation of Wood Chip Drying Machine are as follows:
1. Hot Air Furnace: It is strictly forbidden to smash heavy objects on the wall of hot air furnace.
2. After installation, no load running the wood chip dryer 1-2 hours, and check if there is parts not fixed well.
3. Rotary Wood Chip Dryer Machine: When the temperature sensor at the inlet cover of the dryer is higher than 40 centigrade, then run the dryer machine, and let the dryer machine rotates slowly. When the temperature is rising, then begin to add the feeding quantity of wet material gradually until up to the needed input capacity. Then according to the output moisture content of the dry material, to adjust the dryer machines’ rotation speed to control the drying time. In normal production, usually the the rotation speed of the dryer machines is about 6-8 rpm. When the temperature near the inlet cover of the dryer is higher than 50 centigrade, it is strictly forbidden to stop the dryer machine.
4. Strongly advice the customer to supply the related equipment to make sure the dryer drum still can work normally when the electricity is shut down suddenly.
5. Before running, all the related lubrication oil box, reduction gear box, etc should be filled with standard lubricating oil at one time. For first time, need to change the lubrication oil when it have worked 30 days, and after that, Add or change lubrication oil regularly.
6. Draft Fan: When start the draft fan, should close the wind adjusting gate, if there is uncommon noise, should stop the draft fan at once. After the draft fan work normally, then open the wind adjusting gate. Add or change lubrication oil regularly.
7. Outlet Feeder: Only after all the material have come out from the outlet feeder, then can stop the outlet feeder. Add or change lubrication oil regularly.
8. Dryer Mainframe Gear Box should be added lubrication oil according to the standard before working, firstly need to change the lubrication oil when it have worked 30 days, and after that, Add or change lubrication oil regularly. Carrier Roller, Gear and Ring should be added lubrication oil or lubrication grease regularly.
9. Stop: Before stop the wood chip dryer machines, firstly burn out all of the fuel inside the hot air furnace. When the temperature near the inlet cover of the dryer is less than 50 centigrade, then can stop the dryer machine.
10. During the production process, if occur abnormal phenomena, the machines should be stopped (refer to the order of stopping).
11. When examine and repair the wood chip drying machine, the dryer must be stopped in advance. Before the examine and repair, should shut down the power supply, and hang out the examine and repair notice board. Must ensure the power supply is shut down, and make sure the safety of the examine and repair people.
12. To operate the wood chip drying machine according to the operation manual strictly, and ensure safe production, avoid accident.
