The disposal of the chicken droppings by using chicken manure dryer

For the owners of chicken farms, it is one unavoidable question on the disposal of chicken droppings. Chicken droppings mainly are chicken manure, some feathers, etc.

The fresh chicken manure is with high humidity and also contains harmful bacterials and worms. If directly throw the wet chicken manure away, it will pollute environment such as river, underground water, soil, etc. What is more, after store some time, the wet chicken manure can generate odor gas which mainly from ammonia. The odor air surely is one headache problem also.

Then, is there the related disposal methods of the chicken droppings ?

The key point to the disposal of chicken droppings are to get rid of water from chicken manure, and produce dry chicken manure.

In the market, generally there are 3 disposal methods of chicken droppings:

► Ferment the chicken dropping:  the fermentation process takes rahter longer time and also needs large land area. But it is with less fuel consumption. After the fermentation process, the moisture content of chicken manure can be reduced to be about 40%.

► Firstly ferment the chicken droppings and reduce moisture content to be about 40%, then use chicken manure dryer machine to heat and dry chicken manure and finally reduce moisture content to be about 15% or as need. 
To do it in this way, the fuel consumption is less, but it still has the disadvantages of fermentaion process.

► Directly to use new type Chicken Manure drying machine from Sunco Machinery to heat and dry fresh chicken manure, and reduce chicken manure moisture content to be less than 15% in one time drying process.
Chicken manure dryers has the advantages of continuous drying, shorter drying time only about 15 minutes, can be used to dry chicken manure in the whole year without being influenced by the weather, etc. But it has one significant disadvantage that the fuel consumption is higher.

After being dried by chicken manure dryers, not only the water is got rid of and get the dry chicken manure, but also the harmful bacterial and worms is killed. What is more, drying chicken manure is suitable for long term storage, and also can be made into fertilizer pellets.
