Chicken manure dryer machine mainly is used for drying all kinds of manure such as chicken manure, cow manure, pig manure, goat manure,etc. Chicken manure drying machine also can be used for drying coal slime, brown coal, river sand, silica sand, sawdust, wood shavings and chips, slag, clay, etc.
Chicken manure drying machine consists of rotary cylinder, lifting plates, guide plates, inlet cover, outlet cover, carrier roller, ring, frequency conversion motor, reduction gear box, heat insulation layer, air tube, chimney, induced draft fan, burner, hot air furnace, electric control cabinet, deodorization tower, water pump, etc.
Firstly we send the wet chicken manure into the rotary dryer by screw conveyor. Inside the rotary dryer, there are many lifting plates which make the wet manure up and down, and to be heated by the high temperature flue gas sufficiently. The wet chicken manure is heated by the high temperature air, and the moisture inside is evaporated into vapor. The induced draft fan makes water vapor out of chicken manure drying machine, and the dry chicken manure comes out through outlet hole and to be taken away by outlet belt conveyor.
One is to make the high temperature flue gas into the chicken manure dryers ; the other is to make the water vapor out of the chicken manure drying machine in time, and avoid the the dried manure to be damped again.
Finally the dried chicken manure goes out of the chicken manure dryer through the discharging hole. At the end of the chicken manure dryer plant, the users can use one belt conveyor to send the dried chicken manure into the truck, or storage room.
