When disassembling the bearings of the sand dryer, first squeeze the screws on the circumference of the shell, tighten the screws evenly on the same side, and then disassemble them. At the same time, when disassembling the tapered roller bearing and other bearings of the sand dryer, use the cushion block to disassemble them with the press, or knock them gently, but do not disassemble them with brute force.
After the outer ring is disassembled, the disassembly of inner ring is relatively simple. It is relatively simple to pull out the inner ring with pressure plate. For the disassembly of inner ring of sand dryer, the oil pressure method can be selected. The oil pressure can be added at the oil hole of the bearing to facilitate the drawing, and the bearing with larger width can be disassembled with the oil pressure method.
When disassembling the taper hole bearing, first fix the block on the bearing to hold the inner ring, use the nut to reverse several times, and then use the cushion block to knock and disassemble. If the large taper hole bearing is used, the oil pressure disassembly is relatively simple. Pressurize the oil pressure hole of the taper hole shaft to send oil, so that the inner ring is expanded, and then disassemble.
The bearing shall be cleaned or replaced after disassembly. During installation, the turbid matter shall not enter into the bearing, otherwise it will affect the normal installation of the bearing, and further affect the work of the sand dryer. Since the bearing of the sand dryer belongs to the separated type, it is difficult to clean, so attention shall be paid during installation to avoid the phenomenon of equipment wear.
