Main information of the needed wood shavings drying machine for Jamaica customers is as follows:
Raw Material: wood shavings; Initial Moisture Content (%): about 45%-50%; Output Moisture Content (%): 15%; Input Capacity of drier machine : about 1200 kg/hour; Output Capacity: about 800kg/hour ; Fuel: waste wood; End use: Animal bedding.
01. Waste Wood fired Hot Air Furnace: To burn the waste wood, and generate high temperature air for the wood shavings drying system.
02. Inlet Belt Conveyor: To feed wet wood shavings into the dryer machine.
03. Wood Shaving Drying Machine: To supply the drying chamber of wood shavings, and help the hot air to heat and dry the wet wood shavings sufficiently.
04. Induced Draft Fan: To make the hot air into the wood shavings dryer machine , and makes the exhaust air and water vapor out of the rotary drum machine in time.
05. Electric Control Cabinet: To be used to control all the above machines.
